Cleaned MacBook Air with and sanitiser

I've literally had my Macbook air 2019 for a few days and noticed that there were so many finger prints on the screen, out of habit I put some hand sanitiser on a tissue and started rubbing the screen, then noticed that nothing was happening, so then I wet a tissue with water and cleaned the screen. I'm not sure if I have damaged my screen by using hand sanitiser on it that was 70% ethanol, I didn't put much on the tissue I used but I also don't know if my screen is affected as I had only had it for one day before I cleaned it, I didn't know that MacBook screens are different to other laptops so you can't clean them like that. how can I tell if my screen is damaged?

Do you notice any visible damage like streaks or spots?

If you don't see anything like that, I would't worry about it.
