2019 MacBook Pro

I just bought a be a MacBook Pro a month ago and I attempted to clean it with a laptop screen clean. All in all some sort of residue on the sides on my laptop was the aftermath. I still have a 90 day warranty so could possibly take it back and get another one or do I need to find another solution. Any ideas would be great!!!

My new Macbook pro screen cant be cleaned?!! I tried to use damp micro fibre cloth to clean but it still leaves an oily smudge on the screen. I tried using whoosh too, something apple use's to clean devices in stores but that doesn't work either. I've only had this for like a month. What going on?

Cleaned MacBook Air with and sanitiser I've literally had my Macbook air 2019 for a few days and noticed that there were so many finger prints on the screen, out of habit I put some hand sanitiser on a tissue and started rubbing the screen, then noticed that nothing was happening, so then I wet a tissue with water and cleaned the screen. I'm not sure if I have damaged my screen by using hand sanitiser on it that was 70% ethanol, I didn't put much on the tissue I used but I also don't know if my screen is affected as I had only had it for one day before I cleaned it, I didn't know that MacBook screens are different to other laptops so you can't clean them like that. how can I tell if my screen is damaged?

MacBook Screen Cleaning I recently purchased a new Mac, and after a few days there is a bunch of smudges on the screen. I tried using a microfiber cloth to clean the screen, but the smudges are not coming off. Any recommendations?
