Hayu subscription

Hi I have login to my hayu app and it is now saying I need to subscribe ? I am paying a monthly fee through iTunes ? The next payment is due on the 3rd of feb but it won’t let me watch anything? Just wants me to subscribe again? Please help? Many Thanks
