Exporting/saving documents to files, from mail

Mine is an iPad Pro 9.7

When i attempt saving/exporting a .docx or .pptx document from my mail, the mail window disappears/minimise immediately. There was no issue till last day. I had updated my iPad Pro last day, to iPadOS 13.3

How to sort it out?
