I bought a movie on Itunes and it will not either play or download, I would like a full refund and an explanation from apple

This is a user to user support forum. Nobody here can process refunds for you, or provide your requested explanation. If you're still waiting on Apple Support you could try If you can't stream or watch movies or TV shows from the Apple TV app, iTunes Store, or third-party apps - Apple Support.
