I have a new series 5 watch and it is really dim, I have done all the usual checks and used the accessibility but it really is dim? Am I doing something wrong? If not a trip back to apple for a refund and back to Fitbit which is a shame.
Just make sure you go to the watch app on your iPhone and check the screen brightness under 'Display and Brightness'.
Hi - this has already been done but is seems to have an auto dim setting that is causing a problem - I have poor eyesight and when it clicks to this mode I cannot pick out the largest text - when the text is brighter I do not have an issue??
