I've recently been given my mum's old Iphone 5c but she doesn't remember her apple id/password an it is connected to an old phone number. How do i access the phone without this info. i have done a factory reset but to no avail... it still asks me for the apple id an password any help would be appreciated. Thanks

See if she can recover the ID/password.
Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If necessary, if she is the original owner, have her take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
