Not receiving facetime calls when streaming youtube

Hi, I have an issue with the facetime and youtube. When I am streaming youtube, I can’t receive calls via facetime. Someone is trying to reach me but she said it’s only ringing and I am not answering. On my end, I didn’t see any call notification at all. I can receive calls via Viber while I am streaming youtube. I can also receive imessage. I also tried to be the one who calls other iphone via facetime while they’re streaming youtube and they can receive my call.

All apps are updated. The device is on iOS 13.3.

I don’t see any related article regarding this. Can someone help?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re unable to receive FaceTime calls when watching YouTube. I’m happy to help.

To start, make sure your phone doesn’t have Do Not Disturb enabled:

Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

I also suggest restarting your phone to see if that helps.

Should the issue persist, sign out of, and then back into FaceTime. You can do so by tapping Settings > FaceTime > [Apple ID] > Sign Out. Restart your phone before signing back in.
