Phone Scam

My husband and I received several phone calls simultaneously on both of our IPhones from phone scammers. They called at the exact same times of 1:12, 1:22, 1:31, 1:41, and 1:53. Each time they left the exact same voicemail saying your ICloud account has been breached. Before using any Apple device please contact Apple Support Advisor. Press 1 to connect with Apple Support Advisor, press 2 to listen to this message again, or if you wish to contact us later please call us on our toll free number. The phone calls came from either Beverly Hills, CA, and also from Hinsdale, IL.

The scammers use robo-dialing to dial dozens of numbers at a time.

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

I understand what you’re saying, but I didn’t know if it could be helpful to have the currently active number they are asking people to call.
