The Kazakhstan apple music store does not accept my mastercard card to pay for the subscription. although the mastercard is on the list of those with which you can pay for a subscription. what to fix so that my card is accepted?

How to sign up on Apple Music in India? I want to try Apple Music app on my Android phone. In the app, when trying to sign up the app says that "you need to update your payment method first".
