Has the Apple Watch been paired with your iPhone?

Set up and pair Apple Watch with iPhone - Apple Support

If the Watch has been paired and is now not visible in the Watch.app on your iPhone, reboot the iPhone and the Watch and try again. Upgrade both your iPhone and your Apple Watch to current, and try again. If that fails, try un-pairing and re-pairing.
