iPad 4th generation & iCloud Drive

Accessing iCloud drive files from 4th generation iPad

I have a 4th generation iPad and would like to be able to access the iCloud Drive files that I save using my Mac. I can do it on my new iPhone using Files, so how can I do it on my iPad please?
