shared playlist not all songs showing up
A friend created a playlist. A good majority of the songs are showing up but a good majority of them are not showing up on my end even though they are showing up on his end. Why is this?

Just to verify, you received this playlist in this manner:
Create and share Apple Music playlists - Apple Support
If this is how the playlist was shared, and you still don't have access to some of the songs, make sure you don't have explicit songs restricted on your device:
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Also keep in mind, if you're not in the country, certain songs may not be available in every country.
