apple Superdrive

I got an apple superdrive in December 2019. It is noisy when the DVD is playing and when the DVD is started. It is brand new and it has alarmed from the start. What do I do?

SuperDrive problem Hello, when I wanted to insert a DVD the SuperDrive in my Mid-2012 MacBook Pro is always ejecting it? Last time I tired it worked but now it seems it’s my working! What is the issue whit the SuperDrive?

SuperDrive not reading dvds My MacBook (2008) reads and burns cds no problem. However, it has stopped reading dvds. They just spin around then eject. Any suggestions? Is it possible to fix?

If there is a mechanical problem, contact Apple support - if you just got it, it should be covered by a warranty.
