I just received a receipt on my iPhone from Apple. I did not order this item. Any comments on steps I can take will be appreciated. Of course I would love to call Apple but don't know the number?

You can also open iTunes (Music in Catalina), login to your account and under Purchase History, click See All to the right of that. If you don't see the item the email claims you purchased, then it never happened.
