  • We tried to reset the phone with volume up - volume down screen slide method but Guess what happens ??? We are in zoom in mode we cant see the slider

IS there another way to turn off this Zoom mode

Any Idea any help would be appreciated

Hello, ayd01.

I understand that your daughter's iPhone is currently in Zoom mode, and you are unable to disable the feature. I am glad to help. From the troubleshooting steps you have already performed, I can tell that you have likely worked through the support article I’ve linked below. I wanted to make sure you have it for reference just in case.

If your Home screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The next step would be to force the iPhone to restart. There is no need to use any of the buttons that appear on the display for this process.

Force restart iPhone

I believe this will resolve the issue for you. After the iPhone has restarted, you can then go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, then tap to turn Zoom off.

Best Regards.
