Photos in random order

There seems to be multiple problems with the photos app. First off, my photos appear in a random order when you look in the "recent" photo album. Second of all, the timestamp on my photos is different from when I actually saved the picture. Photos that I took in 2016 are saved in between my photos from 2019 and older photos I saved are placed after new ones. I've changed the timestamps of the pictures on my mac but nothing changed. It shows up the same way on my mac and I cannot rearrange the photos.

iPhotos show at random date order, out of Sequence I used to have so much faith in everything Apple Mac related. Now several issues are driving me insane! I don't trust iCloud even though I am paying for 200Gb. All Photos are suddenly sorted as oldest first—got a fix? Suddenly my All Photos are sorted by oldest date first, instead of showing the most recent first. How do I change this—withOUT moving them all to albumns?

iPhoto has a glitch: It populates old photos as the most recent with the year date in the future! 2106 I scanned photos last month that were taken in 2006. For some odd reason they keep populating as the most recent photos (even though I have taken and scanned more photos after these) and the year says 2106 instead of 2006! When you click on the individual photo is shows the correct date but the iPhoto app keeps these old photos as the most recent due to a date that I cannot change. I tried closing out and reopening but still the 2106 photos show as the most recent. I sorted by most recent and changed by year, by month, by day and the 2106 pop up as the most recent [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Personal Information]
