My mac has downloaded everything from icloud (it says so), but when I open a photo in the photos app (the original from apple) it's blurry. I have set that my mac download every original photo in the original size on the mac. What can I do? I have plenty of space in icloud as on my mac.

Can you confirm that you have selected Download Originals? If so, please consider answering the following questions.
Are you connected to a solid Wi-Fi network?
Do your photos load once you click on them individually?
Are all photos blurry on your Mac that were taken with your iPhone?

The Original photo’s come From my IPhone. I save them in iCloud (I have plenty of space left, 100gb free from the 200gb). My Mac download them from ICloud als it says that he has completely downloaded everthing from ICloud. I have set the setting in a way that the Mac download all photos from icloud. Still the photos are blurry.

Yes I can confirm that. And indeed, only the photos from my iphone look blurry. When I open a photo it doesn't download anything. I am connected to a solid Wi-Fi network. I play the sims and has no trouble with my internet. With my video's it says that it couldn't find the source.

I understand that you have a solid Wi-Fi connection, and only seem to have issues with photos and videos that were originally taken on your iPhone.
