dictation problems under IOS 13

Same here! When I dictate the phone changes languages just because... in the same sentence! On a different situation, Ever since I have IOS 13 - with every update - when I dictate the word “todos”, the phone writes “To Do”! Exactly like this, in capitals. And it doesn’t matter who dictates.

When my english husband dictates, the phone does the same. It just cannot write TODO anymore!

I DO feel Apple doesn’t care about customers anymore! :(
