I am trying to sync my Comcast email to my iPhone 6s Mail app because I recently accidentally restarted it & lost some things. Unfortunately, verifying my email address has taken way too long & my Comcast email is the same email I use for my AppleID. Is there any other way to sync my Comcast email?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
Unfortunately I do not. I use my college campus WiFi and that might be why but I'd have to drive into town. About the other options - I've already done a complete reset of my phone - no apps besides the ones that come with the iPhone, no pictures, no contacts, no mail, starting out like I got it two years ago. I will try going into town and trying the Wifi at a place I can find.
