Bluetooth

On phone with Apple Care now. They did a reset on my new Series 5 watch. I pressed the crown and side button simultaneously to turn back on. Now, it is just blinking with the apple logo. Won’t turn back on, and it is on the charger. Has this happened to anyone? I had been having bluetooth and other non connectivit, or delays for receipt of messages . This is the reason for my call.
