Apple TV light won’t turn on even while plugged in and the tv remote won’t work.

i have unplugged and plugged my Apple TV numerous times trying to just get the light to turn on and it hasn’t work, now my Apple remote is disconnected and nothing is working.

Apple TV 4, tvOS 13

  • Try using a different power outlet.

If using a power strip one receptacle might have stopped working (try another one)
