Apple Music - You've reached your device limit

I switched from Apple Music through iTunes to our cellular provider. I keep getting a message that "you've reached your device limit, You have started to play apple music content on your other devices". I have deleted all devices that are no longer used from my iTunes account. Not sure what else to do?
