Hi, How can I stop my face punching up random numbers during phone calls? I don't even know how it activates the keypad

It sounds like the proximity sensor is not working the way it should. Do you have a screen protector on the phone, or a case? If the proximity sensor is not working correctly, then the screen will not turn dark when you put the iPhone up to your ear. Can you remove a case or screen protector? Otherwise, you need to make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your option.
