I am attempting to remove SIM card from old iPhone to new one, using a paperclip. I cannot pop the SIM card holder to remove SIM on either phone with paperclip, should I use something else? iPhones did not come with tools.

PaperClip should work however it is not the exact size that is needed. It is slightly bigger. Do not take a chance to damage the SIM tray. I recommend that you take it to a Cell Phone Carrier or an Apple Store and someone will be glad to swap out the SIMs for you using the right SIM Tool.

Thanks so much for your suggestion, I ended up using a rounded end earring post, it worked perfectly without having to force it. :)
