iCloud icon on the Safari browser

I have macOS Catalina 10.15.2 on my iMac. I see the problematic iCloud icon on my Safari browser. After I reinstall macOS Catalina, this problematic iCloud icon still exists. I have Malwarebytes installed on my iMac and it doesn't find any problems. There are problematic podcast streamings on the globally well-known BBC programs on my iMac too. I have concerns with my iMac security. Are there any serious security flaws on my iMac?

Do you mean the iCloud tab? Just hoover your mouse to the left side until you see the X and click on it to close this tab.

If you mean the cloud symbol like this

it just means that you have enabled Safari on iCloud: if you use e.g. your iPad, your tabs are synchronized
