Yes Nandha, iPhone XR has the capability of using the 'Dark Mode' and it is available on iOS 13. Here is more information on Dark Mode Use Dark Mode on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I think you are not getting my point Foley. I’m asking about the night mode in camera department!
Dark Mode is supported on the Xr if you have iOS 13 installed on your Xr.
The Camera Night Mode is however only supported with the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. We don't know if the Xr will ever get a Night Mode or not. Look for a third-party camera app in the App Store, some do offer a Night Mode.
