I’m trying to use my old iPhone 4S (Which I thought was broken) so I can find my old Apple ID. I charged it up and it says “IPhone disabled, connect to ITunes”. I connect it to ITunes and it says “To allow access, please respond to IPhone...”. The iPhone still says “IPhone disabled, connect to ITunes”. What do I do?

i know the passcode. I just can’t open the screen to be able to put it in. When I use this technique it says it will restore to factory settings meaning I won’t know what my old Apple ID is
