astronomy watch face crashes

Hi,

every time I charge the watch astronomy watch face stops working, the only way to let it work is to delete the face and reselect it from the app. I've already tried to reset the watch and also switching it on and off doesn't change the situation.

When I try to see the lunar phase or even change alignment of planets they remain fixed, and when I pass from the dock to the clock the moon is seen as a white big dot for a while.

Thanks.

marco_tel_14,

Thanks for trying those steps and getting back to me with this information. The next step I'd like to try would be to unpair and then pair the Apple Watch again. Check out these links to help:

Please let me know if you have any questions about the steps on these pages. I appreciate you and your time. Hope you have a good one!

marco_tel_14,

Thanks for the information. If you feel this issue may be in relation to an app or apps on the Apple Watch, you can test this out. To test, unpair and erase the Apple Watch. When you pair the Apple Watch to your iPhone again, set that up 'As New', so none of your information is restored.

If you need those steps, you can review this link once more: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Keep me posted, and thanks for your time!

Hello Marco,

I want to help you with your Apple Watch Astronomy watch face. First, check to make sure your watchOS software is up-to-date. Here's how: Update Apple Watch software

If the software is up-to-date on the Apple Watch, check to see if the iPhone that the Apple Watch is paired to is also updated. Here's how to check your iOS software: Update your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Let me know how this goes. Best regards!

Hi,

I have checked and everything is updated. I've found out that when astronomy doesn't work if I go to siri watch face and I rotate the Digital Crown, the siri watch face has some time of lag, it updates and than astronomy starts working again, probably there is some interference. I haven't tried yet to delete siri watch face in order to see what happens.

Best regards!
