Hello Jentv,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that your iPhone 11 is scrolling on its own. The behavior still happens after restarting the iPhone and cleaning the screen. I can see how this would impact how you use your iPhone, and you've come to the right place for help.

Our first step would be to rule out any potential environmental causes for this behavior, such as accessories. If you have a screen protector or case on the iPhone, remove both. Disconnect the iPhone from any accessories such as headphones, and test if the scrolling happens when the iPhone is disconnected from a charger as well. If the iPhone is being used in a humid or colder than usual environment, you may also want to see if the issue occurs when you use it in a new location.

If you have ruled out accessories as potential causes, we'll want to look at software next by testing if this happens when your iPhone has been restored to factory settings. You'll want to be sure to make a backup of your data first:

Once you have a backup made, restore your iPhone to factory settings. It's important that you set up the iPhone as a new device, instead of restoring from your backup at this point. Once you have set up the iPhone and tried to replicate the issues, you can go ahead and restore from the backup you previously made:

If you're still experiencing the issue after trying those steps, or if the iPhone has accidental damage or has come in contact with liquid, consider visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for further diagnosis:
