Gray screen with white dismiss button at the bottom

Hi, this is happening with my iPhone 7 Plus too. Restarted phone and made no difference. It’s been going on since I sent the port text to switch my phones network. Doesn’t happy consistently happens when I go to dial a number, on apps such as games and Facebook and reading texts, just pops up. Before I had it and it was listing functions :s said something like accepted with a long list. White writing. Please help as only had my phone 2 years

Yes looks exactly like that. I did catch it with the writing. Since I’ve used my pac code and switched networks this happens, I have checked settings and nothing’s changed. I have a bundle package so annoying keeps saying £0

I find it’s every time after I text or call someone. My WiFi is always on as work from home. Mobile data is barely used . I wonder if there’s a quick solution to get rid of it

I have the same issue. Tesco mobile is also my service provider. I wonder if this is to do with them?

I think you’re probably right. I’ve actually just bought a new iPhone as it was annoying me .

I tell people to use WhatsApp instead of sms. It’s cheaper than a new phone!!
