Trigger a Shortcut at a Time of Day without me asking

I have set up a Shortcut that runs great:

Clear music - set up playlist (sound of birds chirping) for the bedroom HomePod.

Volume set @ 12% - plays

HomeApp turns lights low Red/Purple to replicate the sunrise.

Wait 2mins, increase volume of birds, 2 more mins - goes to the second HomeApp scene which is brighter.

After a few of those, increases the temperature on the thermostat.

A few more increases to the birds/lights.

It replicates a sunrise 30mins before I wake up.

I Go to: Shortcuts App click automation @ the bottom.

Add automation with the Plus Sign.

Select "Create Personal Automation" (scenes won't play music or increase light over time)

Select Time of Day - pick time & day - NEXT

+ Add Action: Shortcuts, Run Shortcut

This will only send me a notification to start the shortcut, and not simply start the Shortcut.

What can I use to trigger the Sunrise all by itself without my intervention? (because I'm sleeping)

I have all Apple products, HomePod, iPhone, iMac, MacBook, iPad, all on latest software.

I'm open to using Siri, Calendar, Reminder, Alarm, etc. to trigger this Shortcut, anything that will trigger it automatically.

iPhone 11
