Adding money to my Apple Card from wallet

So recently I set up a new card from wallet and didn’t have the option to add money to the Apple Card from the other card. Has anyone had this problem and could someone help.

You need to set up your bank account for Apple Cash. Go here - Add money to Apple Cash - Apple Support

You should have mentioned that you were getting a message stating it was restricted. Are you at least 18 and in the USA? If your Apple Cash account is restricted or locked - Apple Support

Yes, I have previously added a normal debit card, yet it is still not giving me the option to add money.
