When I open a new tab in Safari (OSX) it deletes what I type.
Hey all,
Bit of a strange issue. Whenever I open a new tab with CMD+T and immediately start typing
(something I have always done with chrome) it will delete the first part of what I am writing and start again (after half a second or so). I know this seems stupid but it really grinds my flow to a halt.
I have attached a brief screen recording of the bug occurring. I do a search in a normal window (showing normal function) I then CMD+T to a new tab and as soon as I have done this, I start typing my search.

Any ideas or suggestions about how I can fix this annoying bug?
Also, so as not to crowd the forum with another post, could a mod please message me about changing my default forum profile name please?
Thanks all,
Josh
