CarPlay in the 2019 Nissan Maxima is worse than terrible

The Nissan Maxima hardware is either not 'up to par' to efficiently run CarPlay, or perhaps Apple needs to beef up their min. specs.

All I know is that the Nissan Maxima's Apple CarPlay when connected to my iPhone 11 Max Pro is horrible. I even went through numerous phones thinking perhaps it is the phone. I also even tried multiple cars, and I can confirm it's not just mine.

Issues include constant skipping; glitchy loading of graphics, and even sometimes not actually even working altogether.
