I have been having trouble downloading any apps on my phone along with taking pictures. The App Store, when I click get it loads like it would before it tells me to put my password in but instead of showing me that it goes straight back to get. The camera will take a picture and go to a black screen. I’ve followed ALL things that it said to try even factory resetting my phone and it’s still having these problems. I don’t know what to do!
