It's 3-4 months that it randomly appears a grey square with the message "Zoom Enabled" in the centre of the screen. It's really annoying, especially if I am using an App because this bug closes it. Does anyone know what is this about and how to fix it?

Just curious, does it happen using that particluar app, or using all apps?
Is your iPhone 7 updated to the latest iOS version? (now 13.3)
Have you already checked these settings?:
Settings>Display & Brightness>Zoom... (it should be set as Standard)
and/or
Settings>Accessibility>Zoom... (if should be Off).
When done, restart your iPhone, then test it for a while.

It seems your suggestion worked! I went to Settings and put Zoom on Off, then restarted my iPhone. This bug used to show up especially while using Facebook App, during my "scrolling". Now the grey square isn't showing up.
