Few years ago I've changed phone number in Apple ID. Recently I started to use my old number. I have an issue with messages and FaceTime. I'm not able to add this number to those services. On Messages on Mac, it simply is not in the list and on iPhone it is in the list but there is infinite loading animation near to the number.

Have you added it to your Apple ID? Sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers and then change the number on your Apple ID. Allow time for the change to sync. It could take up to 24 hours. Then sign back into Messages/FaceTime.
