Can I also buy a yer of storage using a one-time payment?

There are no options for monthly billing in y country - can I purchase iCloud storage for a year instead of monthly?

If your country does not appear there, then there is no iCloud Storage option in your country.

Yearly plans for iCloud Storage are not available at all anywhere in the world. Apple changed to monthly plans everywhere a few years ago.
