Then follow the instructions in the last step in the troubleshooting process and contact Apple...

If you continue to see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you try to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, contact us.

its not working i tried that , the phone is in recovery mode and when i restore it using iTunes it still remains in recovery mode and that error(4013 ) appears.
