White screen ipad after 13.3 update

hallo

just updated my 9.7 ipad MP2JRK/A iOS to 13.3 and since than tge screen is white.

tried rebooting methods and even restore with itunes - nothing worked.

the ipad is 2 years old and used really carefully...whats happening?
