Why does my apple tv keep telling me to enter my password when I try to watch tv? Will not stay on the show I'm trying to watch, just keeps wanting my password. And yes I am entering the correct password

Did contact apple last night and hopefully got problem handled. I'm absolutely horrible when it comes to technology so it is always a battle. Thank you to anyone that responded to my question
