I cannot pair my iPhone 11 with my Ford Sync. Help!

Did you speak to Ford? You can take a look at this support document about Bluetooth Pairing in a car, but I suggest contacting Ford as well. You can make sure that you have the latest software update for Sync, and they should be able to tell you if the Sync will work with iOS 13.
