Whenever i try to install measure app on my iphone 11pro max from app store, i get a message that “unable to install measure app”
what could be the problem?

It is a problem with the App Store. Bookmark this: Apple - Support - System Status
Make sure that Compass app is installed on your iPhone.
d actually I just looked through the community and a LOT of people report that they can't install the Apple's apps. Maybe there's an issue on Apple's side.
