unable to install “books”

Apple’s Books app will not install on my iPad (5th generation) running iOS 13.3. I have reset all the device settings and shut down the iPad numerous times. How can I solve this issue?

iPad books issue Since upgrading to iOS13 on my 3 month old iPad, when I come back into the app the following day, the only way I can continue reading a book is by rebooting my device. The books bought through the bookstore come up fine. I can see the book icon and the % read, but I can press it and nothing happens. Has Apple made a change in the way they handle non-iTunes books?

How do I get the iPhone books app fixed or back to how it was before the update? I hate the new Apple Books update on the iPhone. I contacted Apple support and got nowhere with them. They are not the ones who designed and launched the update. No more can you get definitions of words, can words be highlighted, can you read the page numbers on the bottom of the page, and the “menu” option is a waste. Why did Apple change something and make what was just fine now terrible? I’m about ready to buy a kindle and buy all my ebooks, and I buy plenty, from Amazon. Is there anyway to get Apple to fix this quickly or at least put it back the way it was?

Unable to access books or download on iPad I was paired by iPhone and iPad but yesterday I had issues with a downloaded book. I was told to delete books and reinstall app. This I did but now my phone won’t pair with iPad so I cannot get access to all my books It keeps on saying not supported but worked fine yesterday. Why has this happened. All my things are exactly the same on iPad and iPhone. I have an iPad 6th gen and an iPhone SE
