Cant restore iphone 8 plus(disabled connect to itunes)

My new 11 just broke and my old 8 plus is disabled and everytime I connect it and try to update and restore it says that's there's to many files !!!!! Very frustrated cause I need this phone and I don't remember the iCloud I used is I try to plug it in but it doesn't read the phones files so I cant even delete my old photos to clear memory is there any fix PLEASE ANYONE HLEPPPPPP!!!!!!!

To enable it follow the steps from the article below:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


Once the iPhone is enabled back, you have to recover access to your iCloud:

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


If you cant recover access to it, find the box of your iPhone and the original receipt that proves that you are an owner of this iPhone, contact Support directly and ask them to unlock it for you.
