Mac OS Catalina Unable to Install.

So I rebooted my MacBook Pro. I downloaded Mac OS Catalina because it keeps on saying there are no updates. But when I am installing the program at the end of the wait it just says unable to install program. What might be wrong that it doesn't recognize an update? What should I do?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

  1. Select About this Mac from the Apple menu and look on the dialog box for something like MacBook Pro (mid 2013). Then check here to see if your computer is included in the supported list: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210222
  2. If it is supported, did you download the installer using the App Store program?
