iOS 13.3 Microphone Issue

There’s a weird bug that needs to be fixed in iOS 13 (iPhone 6s). When I’m video calling someone thru third party apps like WhatsApp, Messenger (Facebook) and Skype the person that I’m calling actually can’t hear me clearly… but in FaceTime they can clearly hear my voice as in crystal clear. Have you experienced this kind of bug in iOS 13?
