Can’t hear anyone who calls
I can hear perfectly on Bluetooth headset and speaker. It’s so faint on regular phone, however, that I can’t use it that way at all.

Thank you so much! I have exhausted the solutions on that page so I guess I’ll need to call Apple support or stop into a store.
