How can you share an iCloud email address or read and send from one email address, from an iPad air3 and an iPad Pro ? We would like a joint email account for business, church etc.

You simply use the same AppleID with iCloud on all devices. That AppleID defines the iCloud account and its email.
If these are iCloud email accounts, then no, since only one AppleID and thus only one iCloud account can be associated with a device at any one time.
If these are third party email accounts, then just set those up on both devices.

The issue, that I should have explained, is my husband has the IPad Pro with his own Apple ID and I have the IPad Air 3 with my own Apple ID. I created an alias for all our business emails and we want to share that one.
